I fell and Broke my Palm IIIxe.  I had program where I could Synchronize IIIxe hand unit with computer.

Last night I bought a used Palm Z22,  The lady took all her information off of it.   I followed the instructions for a  NEW unit..  Hooked up unit to Computer then ran software.  The new software took all my old software information and transferred it.  But, The Z22 will not Synchronize with my old information,  just hers.     I stayed up several hours trying to get it to work but seems I hit a brick wall !     Can anybody help ?

Hard Reset the Z22.  Then Hotsync, and select YOUR user name when asked by the desktop software.
