For Windows XP, I'd suggest using version 4.2 available from my "Manual" link below. WyreNut

To WyreNut, Thank you for your information on loading software for my Palm Desktop 4.2.1 to my PC using Windows XP. I was able to get it loaded but I am not able to create an address book to work with our names data base. I can get Contacts but that is it. I read the manual you had sent the link to as well, but it did not give me the information I needed. I did print up instructions from our Mac but what I downloaded is not the same. If you have any other suggestions I would love to hear them. Thank you,

Are you using a Palm device, or just the software? If using the device, when you do a Hotsync to the PC, all data should transfer to Palm Desktop. "Contacts" is the newer name for the "Address Book", so I'm not quite sure what you mean by not being able to create one...? WyreNut
