I am trying to sync my Zire 72 with my new PC (Windows 7 - 64 Bits) with an external USB bluetooth. The PC recognized the bluetooth and said it was ready to be used. I installed the Driver CD than came with my Zire. From my PDA I used: Set Up Devices / PC set up / Set up PC to sync using Bluetooth / and filled the remaining questions. From my PC, when I go to Control Panel / Hardware and Sound / Add a device, my PDA is not recognized by my PC. When I try to sync., it says: "Unable to initiate HotSync operation because the port is in use by another application. I would really appreciate your input.
