When I opened my palm desktop, I noticed all my info. has disappeared ie: calender/categories except for displayed birthday events and some events. The first thing I did was via palm desktop go to hotsync; custom then changed handheld overwrites desktop, then I proceeded to hot sync again......but of course it did not work...my desktop overwritten everything to my palm. Is there a way to retrieve my info from April 3rd backup which was successful hotsync. (below) HotSync operation started for ???on 04/09/07 09:42:18

Your computer may be full or you may have reached the maximum allowed records on the desktop. To correct this situation, delete some records and perform a HotSync operation again. Desktop = 2010, Handheld = 2008 OK Calendar with 1 message(s) Previous Attempt was successful on 04/03/07 12:29:12

Tassah, change the Calendar conduit to Desktop Overwrites Handheld. Do not check the Default box and sync.
Sadie, you have a different issue that pertains to Outlook (which I do not use). Perhaps this would get a better response in a new thread called Outlook Calendar Color Coding Problem.Message Edited by DTfromBH on 04-24-200707:56 PM
