Can't sync "Documents" to my Palm desktop

I can create a document on my Centro(Verizon), but have been unable to find "Documents" or sync to my XP Palm desktop.

Hi, and welcome to the Palm Support Community.

 

In order to sync documents to your Desktop, you have to have the desktop component of Documents To Go installed.  The desktop version is either on the installation disc, or there is a link to the download on the disc.

 

You should also be able to download the desktop version from www.dataviz.com but you will probably have to first register the copy on your Centro with Dataviz. To find your registration number:

  1. Open the Documents application on your Centro.
  2. From the Options menu, select "Registration Info".
  3. Your registration number will be displayed.

The version of DTG which comes with the Centro is 10.x, so you need to be sure you download that same version of the desktop application.
