Is your E2 failing to Power On?

There have been numerous reports of Palm E2's suddenly dying and refusing to turn on, no matter what kind of reset is performed, and how many. One thread is now over 200+ posts!

The solution is a radical one, involving "surgery". (This isn't for the "faint of heart" ). ![]()
Opening the case of the E2 and momentarily disconnecting the battery has been reported as a "miracle cure" for this condition.
Note: This will void your warranty if your E2 is still young enough to be covered by the 90 day period!
If this occurs during the 90 day warranty period, contact Palm for possible repair/replacement.
