The battery died in my Zire 72. It lost all installation info. I have tried reinstalling it from both the original CD and by using the download version from Palm. I tried to delete the program in Win XP, but was only moderately successful. There are still may folders. Each time I try to reinstall it hangs up when it tries to find the "Palmone.msi" file. I direct it to the CD, or to the file created by the download and it continues to say it cannot find it, even thought the file is listed in the search window. Any ideas?
