Support Downloads

Support Downloads are updates from Palm that are found on the Support Page for each device model. They are made available after a model is launched and an update is found to be necessary. Examples of support downloads include:

Security Patch
Daylight Savings Time Patch
Palm Desktop

Files and software from sources other than Palm's Support Pages are NOT Support Downloads.

I have an old Palm IIIc and cannot load the driver on my new computer (running XP Pro) how can I download a driver or whatever to update my Palm IIIc.  I NEED HELP.

Hello and welcome to the Palm Forums.

If by "driver" you mean the Palm Desktop software, start at the IIIc support page http://tinyurl.com/2umbme and follow the link to downloading the current Palm Desktop software.

There is also a link there to update the Palm OS running on the handheld.
